9. Refund Policy

1. Refunds generally will not be issued. If you received the wrong item you need to return that item in satisfactory and unused condition and once we receive that item we will send out the correct item..  If you received a damaged item you need to email pictures to info@thebestvape.com and we will determine if a new item is warranted. On the extremely rare occasion that we determine a refund is necessary, it will be processed within 14 business days once we receive the item(s) back from the original customer.  Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase.  Refunds & exchanges will only be given at our discretion.

2. Usually, refunds & exchanges can take up to 14 business days to completely process. If you have any questions regarding your refund you need to contact the card company or bank. We have nothing to do with the refund process and will not have any information to give you.

3. If you choose to cancel a order before it has shipped, the refund will not be for the full amount. Age Verification Fee & Merchant Fees will be subtracted from the refund total.

4. If you choose to cancel a Pre-Order or product reservation before it has shipped, a store credit will be issued. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for a Pre-Order cancellation.
