If you received a wrong item or broken item you must report this to Customer Service within 24 hours of Delivery. The 24 hours is based on the date that USPS shows the package was Delivered.
Being respectful to our Customer Service Team will get you much more than being rude or demanding we do certain things.
If there is a problem with the Product you purchased we will put you in touch with the Manufactures After Sales Service Department or Warranty Department. We do not directly handle Warranties, Exchanges, or Repairs.
