One bottle was put together the other was apart so I assume one had been used or returned,they both seen to work ok so no problems at this point

Hi Donald. Thanks for leaving a review. No products are opened by us. And a Bottle is considered a “Reusable” so it’s the last thing that would ever be Returned, and just doesn’t happen. I’m 100% positive about that.
However it was when you opened it is exactly how it was packaged by Vandy Vape.

Box the bottle came in appeared to not have been opened but the bottle and caps were seperated and not inside the little celephane plastic baggy inside the box but otherwise it still appeared to be new and unused to me seams like Vandy Vapes QC was slacking in this batch.
