One bottle was put together the other was apart so I assume one had been used or returned,they both seen to work ok so no problems at this point

Hi Donald. Thanks for leaving a review. No products are opened by us. And a Bottle is considered a “Reusable” so it’s the last thing that would ever be Returned, and just doesn’t happen. I’m 100% positive about that.
However it was when you opened it is exactly how it was packaged by Vandy Vape.
