The new Typhos Pro is the latest in the product line. The Original is a great Pod System but the Pro adds more. The Battery has 1000mAh more totaling 3000mAh Capacity. The screen is about a 1/2 inch bigger. The Pods are the same, .3 Ohms Dual, .6 Ohms, & .8 Ohms.

Please read this information to learn about our Pre-Orders & how they work. We make no guarantees about Product Availability, Arrival Times, or Shipping Times. Please Order at your own risk.

Cancellations / Refunds?

At this time we will not be cancelling or refunding any Pre-Orders. Please make sure you 100% want this item and are willing to wait for it. No exceptions. If you absolutely must cancel a Pre-Order there will be a $2.00 Service Charge deducted from the total amount Refunded. This is to cover the Merchant Credit Card Fees associated with your Transaction & the Age Verification Fee we paid to verify your age.

How Do I Get Pre-Order Updates?

Product Pages will have the most up to date information we have. This includes ETA’s & if possible Estimated Ship Dates to Customers. Filling out a Customer Service Ticket will get you the exact same information that is listed on the Product Page.

What Is A Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order is an Order placed to hold a product before it actually arrives. These Products are generally not In Stock & not available for Delivery when assigned to the Pre-Order Category. Customers can Pre-Order products to guarantee they receive one before it gets sold out. You are essentially reserving a Product by paying for it ahead of its release. Your Order will get the highest priority and ship before any Orders placed when the Product is In Stock. Most of the time these Products are still in the Development or Production stages when we list them on our Site. The finished Product may vary in design, size, specs, & the contents of the package might change slightly. We cannot be responsible for these changes. Placing a Pre-Order is completely your responsibility so please do all your due diligence before placing the Pre-Order.

Pre-Order Pricing

Pre-Order pricing may or may not be below the current M.S.R.P. This depends on the Market, Manufacture, Demand, Availability, and many other factors. After the Pre-Order is over the pricing may go up or down, depending again on the above mentioned factors. Just because a item is a Pre-Order does not mean it will be below or above the regular In Stock price.

Will You Be The First Shop To Get These In?

We have no clue. We cannot control the Manufactures or Shipping Companies. We also assume that Manufactures ship first come first serve. So the Companies that ordered before us will most likely receive the Items first. Sometimes this will be us, sometimes it won’t. Do not place the Pre-Order if you have to be the first person to have it.

When Will My Item Ship?

Pre-Orders can become very complicated and the ETA is never set in stone. The Release Date can change at any time and we bare no responsibly in this. There are usually ETA’s set by the Manufacture but these are never Final. These are Estimates and should be taken as such.

Ordering Multiple Items?

If you ordered multiple items (Pre-Order & In Stock) in 1 Order then all items will be sent together when everything is In Stock. If you want the other In Stock items to ship immediately you need to place 2 separate Orders. If you are Pre-Ordering multiple items we suggest placing separate Orders for each item. Sometimes Manufactures ship products at different times and if you place 1 Order for multiple Pre-Order Products you will be waiting for every item to arrive so they all ship together. Placing a separate Order for each Pre-Order Product will allow us to ship each item as it arrives.

How Long To Ship Pre-Orders Once We Receive Them?

If the Delivery arrives before 12pm EST we will do our best to ship them out the same day. If there are a lot of Pre-Orders to fill it will probably we shipped the following Business Day. If the Delivery arrives after 12pm EST it will be shipped the following Business Day.

PRE-ORDER UPDATES

1/06/26: Quick update for our Pre-Order Customers. These have Cleared Customs & now we just have to wait for UPS to take possession of it. Once they do it will take another few days to get to us here in Florida. Pre-Orders will ship right away.

As we have previously offered, if you don’t want to wait any longer we would be happy to cancel your Pre-Order. Just fill out a Ticket from our Contact page.

1/03/26: Happy New Year everyone! We are just waiting for this order to Clear the Customs/FDA Import Process. This package just happened to get caught in the Christmas & New Years End of Year Shipping Rush. Delays were expected. Once Cleared it takes a few days to get to us in Florida. Pre-Orders will ship away.

As we have continuously offered, if you don’t want to wait any longer we would be happy to cancel your Pre-Order. Just fill out a Ticket from our Contact page.

12/15/25: Good morning Pre-Order Customers. We do have an update for you. These have finally shipped. Now we just have to wait for it to get to the US & clear Customs/FDA. Let’s assume it’s a 3 Week ETA. We will post real-time updates as we get them.

If you don’t want to wait please contact us to cancel your Pre-Order. Based on doing these for the past 10 years this is just how Pre-Orders generally go. The initial ETA is never the Final ETA.

12/11/25: We are updating the ETA to January 2026. The chances are just too low that these can get here by the end of December. These should be shipping any day now from China, and it takes about 3 weeks to get to the US & clear Customs.

12/04/25: Another quick update for our Pre-Order Customers. These should be shipping from China around Dec. 10th. If everything goes well & there are no issues or delays, it should take about 3 weeks to get here & clear Customs/FDA. So the Soft ETA would be the absolute very end of December to January 2026. Please assume January 2026 to not be let down. As soon as we have another update we will post it here in real-time.

12/03/25: Another quick update. Unfortunately these still haven’t shipped from Uwell. The ETA is probably going to be the very end of December or possibly January 2026. We just don’t know yet. It all depends on when they ship & how long Customs takes. As soon as we have another update we will post it here in real-time.

11/04/25: We have just opened up Pre-Orders. We don’t have an Official ETA yet but we assume it will be sometime in December. Please note that Dates change, sometimes multiple times. Please only Pre-Order if you can wait.
