2/08/24: We have opened up another round of Pre-Orders for the Colors Frosted Blue, Frosted Purple, & Mint Green. Soft ETA is End of March to April.

10/19/23: We have opened up another round of Pre-Orders for the Black color. These have already shipped from Vandy Vape which means it will take about 3 weeks to arrive here in Florida. The Soft ETA is between November 13th – 19th.

7/27/23: Good Morning. All Black Pre-Orders have shipped!

Thank you for your patience & understanding during this whole process.

7/26/23: Good Morning folks. Product has arrived finally! Tracking #’s have already been sent to everyone who ordered Black. Check your Inbox, Spam, Junk, & Gmail Promotions Tab.

Orders will ship tomorrow, Thursday July 27th.

7/25/23: Quick update. We have been holding our breath the past few days because there have been no new Tracking updates in 5 days. And this order has been plagued with bad luck since the beginning.

However, we just found out it has finally reached Florida. So we are 1-2 days away from arrival.

7/22/23: We wanted to give you all a glimpse of what we see & to show that the Black was shipped back on June 16th. Sadly it did sit at Customs for over a month. It finally cleared on July 20th.

When a Shipping Forwarder from China enters a package in the FedEx System & to print the Shipping Label, it creates that initial “Shipment information sent to FedEx” Notification. Normally from there it takes about 7-10 Days to get from China to the US. But as you can see it went from 6/16/23 to 7/20/23 with no updates. That means our package sat at Customs for over a month.

7/21/23: FINALLY! Black has arrived in California! We should have have had these weeks ago but they have been sitting at Customs awaiting Clearance. We will have these in a few days & all of the Black Pre-Orders will ship immediately. We are expecting these to arrive between July 26 – 28th.

6/16/23: Black has shipped from VV so the wait is on for it to arrive in California. Then to us here in Florida. Our initial ETA was Mid/End June so it looks like it’s going to be the latter for Black. Unfortunately we had the delay which set us back about 2 weeks. We sincerely apologize for the setback.

6/14/23: Good Morning. All Frosted Black, Jelly Yellow, & Mint Green Orders have shipped. Black is shipping any day now from VV & will take around 14 Business Days to arrive here.

6/09/23: Our order has arrived in California, excluding Black. Now we have to wait for it to go from California to Florida. In a few Business Days they should be here & will ship right away.

6/08/23: Good Morning. Quick update. We are just waiting for our order (Excluding Black) to arrive in California any day now. Once it arrives it will take about 7 Business days to get to us in Florida, & will ship immediately.

5/31/23: Good Morning. We just received word that our Order has shipped. Black is going to be delayed though. They are having issues with Material & Supply.

All Colors except Black should be here in about 2-3 weeks. It takes about a week to get out of China, another week to get to the US, & another week to get to us here in Florida.

5/06/23: Good Morning. We have opened up Pre-Orders for the remaining Colors so all 6 can now be Ordered. We do not have a exact ETA yet. These are being released & shipped sometime in May which means we are looking at a Soft June ETA. Please understand that these dates can & do change, sometimes multiple times.

6//27/23: Good morning! We have spoken to almost all of you today except for 2. Thank you again for being patient during this process. We are just waiting for Black to arrive in California. That should be any day now. It will then take a few days to get to us in Fl. Once they arrive here your Pre-order will ship right away.

6/09/23: Our order has arrived in California, excluding Black. Now we have to wait for it to go from California to Florida. In a few Business Days they should be here & will ship right away.
